DENVER, CO - October 11, 2007 - Amélie Company, a Denver-based advertising, public relations and marketing agency, announces the agency is expanding its interactive, client services and PR departments with the hire of three new talents. With an increasing roster of clientele, the agency has found the need to increase its team of professionals.
Denver native Killian Grant comes on board as Interactive Graphic Designer. "I'm excited about being a part of a growing agency that understands the potential of interactive," said Grant, who served as a contract designer for three years before joining Amélie. Grant provided design services for such clients as A and D Web Hosting, the Colorado Woodworkers Guild, Lesson Links, Pamela Philpott-Jones Jewelry and Texaco Xpress Lube. He received a BA in visual communication from Metro State University. When not waxing poetic on the latest technological breakthrough, Grant can be found snowboarding the slopes of Loveland.
Erika Cruse was hired as Account Coordinator and will be in a support role for many of the agency's biggest clients. Cruse comes to Amélie after completing an internship at a full-service advertising agency in Chicago where she gained invaluable exposure to the advertising industry. There she worked with clients such as American Greetings and US Food Service. Cruse attended the University of Missouri - Columbia where she graduated from the Missouri School of Journalism with a Bachelor of Journalism in advertising. She also received a BA in political science. An avid environmentalist, Cruse is dedicated to saving our planet - one aluminum can at a time.
Finally, Kevin Maresca joins the team as Media Relations Coordinator. Maresca recently moved to Denver from Los Angeles, where he served as Publicist for Stars on Ice, the popular figure skating tour, for three seasons. He has worked with such celebrity clients as Alan Thicke, Scott Hamilton and Tai Babilonia. He also served as a PR writer for the New York State Legislature in his hometown of Albany. Maresca received a BA in political science and English from Indiana University. New to the Rocky Mountains, Kevin has set his sights on conquering the slopes this winter.
Benoît Guin, Agency Principal commented, "I'm thrilled to have Erika, Killian and Kevin joining our great team of professionals here at Amélie. We are committed to providing the highest level of professional service to our clients. I'm pleased to say that we are doing that with the best and brightest in the business."
