Serious about work, not about ourselves.

Amélie Company has a lot of diversity for a small Colorado agency, from our personality
types to our origins. French, American, Venezuelan, Belgian, Australian…

It's these combined cultures and talents that make our daily work environment
so fun and creative.

Q & A with Benoit Guin

Principal

Benoit Guin, Principal at Amelie Company

What was your favorite childhood past-time? Picking my nose, torturing my brothers, watching very bad TV series.

Do you play any sports? I like to play tennis, ski, rugby and go sailing. I love watching Football (the real one that Americans call soccer).

Where is your favorite spot to vacation, and where do you have your next vacation planned? My favorite spots to vacation are Brazil, Costa Rica and France. Due to the economy I have my next vacation planned in my backyard.

What's your favorite place in the entire world? It would definitely be my 500+ year old family house in Lozére, France.

What was your very first (or worst) job? My very first job was Vendangeur (working the grapes harvest) in the South of France.  It was also my worst.

What's the best concert you've ever been to? Dire Straits in Roman Amphitheater, Orange, France (September 1980). My worst one was Céline Dion in Las Vegas (July 2005)

The results show that award-winning ads outperform other ads by a factor of 11. "Creatively awarded campaigns are a more reliable investment -- they achieve greater effectiveness levels," said Peter Field, the author of the report. For the complete story, click here.
