Challenge

The challenge was getting the word out about the new program in an approachable way, ensuring the simplicity of the program translated to the shopper.

Solution

The solution? It really is as simple as 1. 2. 3. CO SNAP Produce Bonus asserts that saving money on fruits and vegetables really can be done in three easy steps: 1. Buy eligible fruits or veggies 2. Automatically receive your bonus 3. Use your bonus at other SNAP stores. To further communicate the simplicity of the program we drew from the bright nostalgia of old grocery store signage. The result is a look and feel heavy in iconography and full of color, keeping it light and approachable. With signage at participating grocery stores, farm stands and farmers markets, the word is out that eating healthy can be as easy as 1. 2. 3.
